Etihad Airways, the flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates, has launched daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Madina, an important religious and cultural destination in the western province of Saudi Arabia.
The airline has expressed its pleasure on launching flights to fourth destination in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Medina attracts a large number of religious Hajj and Umrah travellers who wish to visit the home of Prophet Mohammed’s (Peace be Upon Him) Mosque and burial site.
Madina Al Munawarra is an important strategic destination for the airline and the national carrier of UAE has expressed its pleasure on launching flights to the one of the most sacred cities of Islamic faith.
Saudi Arabia is one of the important markets for Etihad Airways and launch of flights to Madina from Abu Dhabi will provide excellent connectivity to Europe, Asia, the Americas and other destinations of Airlines growing network.
The services will be operated by an aircraft with 16 Pearl Business Class and 120 Coral Economy Class seats.
With the launch of these flights the airline will be offering a total 1,904 seats per week on this route.
