Due to high demands, South African Airways (SAA) announced that the national carrier will be deploying more capacity on its Cape Town and East London routes. The frequencies will remain the same, but the airline has deployed bigger aircraft on specific days to meet the demands. The beginning of the festive season coincided with school holidays and most people tend to travel to go on vacations and thus the airline has decided to deploy more capacity to accommodate as many as passengers are possible.
According to SAA spokesperson, Tlali Tlali, SAA operates daily flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town as well as Johannesburg and East London. Passengers interested in flying on these routes are reminded to follow the normal booking and reservation procedures which remain in place. The scheduled regular operations to East London, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town will stay the same.

This charted service is for guests invited by the State and details regarding to that service are communicated directly to the guests at the time when they are invited.
