Asiana Airlines, which is one of two major airlines of South Korea, has announced that it will introduce its flights to Yangon.
The Korean airline has launched a new route between the Korean capital and Yangon, which is the largest city in Myanmar. Myanmar is formerly known as Burma.
The airline will operate twice weekly flights that take to the air from Incheon at 19:30 every Wednesday and Saturday and touching down in the Burmese city of Yangon at 23:40 local time.
The flights with Asiana Airlines will be operated with Boeing 767 airliner and will be serving 67 Asiana’s destinations from South Korea worldwide.
Flights will depart at 00:50 from Yangon every Thursday and Sunday and will touch down in the Korean capital at 08:50 local time.
Yangon is the economic hub of the country and it also takes a great sense of pride in exhibiting the colonial architecture in Southeast Asia.
