Singapore Airlines has announced to add extra flights to Christchurch over the next two summers. The airline would add 18 flights to Christchurch to cater the passenger traffic during December 2014 to February 2015 summer season.
To facilitate the process, the airline has already added 10 flights to its summer's schedule to cater the strong demand for travelling options to South Island during busy summer holidays.
The launch of extra flights would add more than 9760 additional seats this summer, facilitating tourist arrival during 2015 Cricket World Cup and Chinese New Year celebrations.
