Emirates had just kicked off its launch of activities last night with inaugural services into Poland by giving the local Polish travel trade a preview of airline’s award winning hospitality.
Over 500 guests from business and travel trade community were welcomed by Emirates at the Palace of Cultural and Science and congress Hall, where they were entertained by live band and treated with sumptuous buffet dinner.
Commencing operations from 6th February 2013, flights to Warsaw will be Emirates first destination in Poland and 129th destination in airline’s global network. Warsaw will operate daily service with an Airbus A330-200 Aircraft and will be the first international airline to offer first Class in Poland.
According to Richard Jewsbury, Emirates Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Europe and Russian Federation, Warsaw will be the first new route for Emirates in 2013 and with less than a month to go there is a ramping up of activities on the ground in Warsaw and around its global network to increase the tourism flow in both the directions.
