Frontier Airlines the low-cost carrier headquartered in Denver, Colorado, USA is expanding its services at Trenton-Mercer Airport in Ewing, N.J, with nonstop flights to St. Augustine, the northeast Florida Regional Airport. The airline now has 14 nonstop destinations from Trenton including St. Augustine, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago-Midway, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Nashville and Tampa. Flights will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning on 2nd May.
According to Robert Cox, Chairman of the St. Augustine- St. Johns County Airport Authority, the airport authorities are delighted that Frontier Airlines has chosen to begin nonstop service from Trenton to Northeast Florida Regional Airport. The new service will help to attract new businesses and tourists to the region and creating a more comfortable and affordable option for area travellers.
