Malaysia Airlines continues its expansion model with the announcement of increased airlift to capital cities Auckland and Yangon. It is only last week; the Malaysian national carrier announced the addition of Dubai, Darwin and Kochi to its network.
From 1st August 2013, Malaysia Airlines will increase flights from Kuala Lumpur into Yangon, Myanmar, from ten times weekly to fourteen times weekly. Meanwhile flights from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland will be increased from six times weekly to daily service which is effective from 24th November 2013.
To celebrate the new frequency, Malaysia airlines is offering UK travellers great value fares until 31st July 2013. Return fares to Yangon start at just £649 and Auckland at just £869.
Malaysia Airlines continues to operate the only direct flights between London and Kuala Lumpur with a double daily A380 service operating from London Heathrow.
