AirAsia X, a long-haul, Malaysian based budget airline has launched direct flights between Kuala Lumpur and Nagoya, Japan. With this new flight service to Nagoya, it is now become AirAsia X’s third destination in Japan after Tokyo and Osaka. The airline is operating the route with four flights per week using Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
According to Azram Osman-Rani, CEO AirAsia X, the airline is renowned for its low fares and with the addition of Nagoya; guests will have more travel options to explore Japan. Nagoya is located just 50 minutes from Osaka city and 1 hour 40 minutes from Tokyo via train is a scenic and historical destination and is quite popular among tourists. The airline is committed to boost the Malaysian tourism industry as well as to the increase tourism across the airline’s group network.
