Starting 11th February 2014, Air China will upgrade the airliner on its Beijing- San Francisco route to B777-300ER, an aircraft which is quite popular among business travellers around the world. By then, the entire fleet that Air China uses to serve its continental U.S destinations San, Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, and Houston will be flown on the Boeing widebody aircraft.
Pour in tourist and business travellers in recent years the capacity is up 33 percent for the period from summer 2013through spring 2014 with flights between Beijing and New York up to 11 per weeks as of 31st March 2013 and flights to Los Angeles to two per day. Air China established non-stop flights to Houston as of 11th July and on 21st January 2014, the company will launch a flight to Hawaii, becoming the first carrier to operate flights between Beijing and Hawaii.
The B777-300ER is Air china’s most luxurious cabin interior, with 180-degree full-flat seats in first and business class and power outlets and entertainment systems throughout the whole aircraft.
