All Nippon Airways (ANA), the largest airline in Japan has announced to launch new service between London and Tokyo Haneda Airport. The airline has launched these flights keeping in view the increasing demand for the route.
The new services will be operational from March 30, 2014.According to the news from the Japan National Tourism Organisation the country will achieve ten million visitor mark by the end of 2013.
As Haneda Airport offers easy access to central Tokyo (13 minutes by Monorail) and has an array of domestic flights that offers convenient access to popular Japanese destinations like Hiroshima, Matsuyama and Okayama.
The launch of new flights will make All Nippon Airways the biggest airline at Haneda Airport as it will be offering largest number of international flights to and from this airport.
The airline is working on dual-airport strategy in the Tokyo area by banking on its strengths at Haneda and Narita Airport. The airline has planned routes and schedules for destinations for the two airports in a way to complement one another, offering more travelling options to passengers.
