Air China, which is one of the major airlines of the People’s Republic of China, has come to a decision that it will upgrade its airliner that it operated for flights to New York to the high-tech Boeing 777. The airline will operate the aircraft taking to the air from the Chinese capital to the Big Apple with effect from 31st March, 2013.
The flag carrier of China will also enhance its frequency on the Beijing-New York route from 7 to 11 flights per week.
Yuelong Zhou, Air China’s General Manager said, “We strongly feel with the addition of new flights, we can cater to consistently thriving passenger demand for more convenient direct services on the route between Beijing and New York.
Business or Leisure passengers heading to the Chinese capital or onward to the cities within the country and other destinations in Asia such as Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and many others, gain benefit from the airline’s improved capacity and easy connecting flights.”
