In a bid to increase its presence in North America, Air China will commence flights to Houston. The airline will also increase its number of flights to Los Angeles and Vancouver.
From 31 March 2013 onwards, there will be 11 weekly flights to New York from Beijing. The airline will also increase its Beijing - Los Angeles service to twice daily. These flights will be served by the Boeing 777-300ER.
From 17 May 2013, the Air China will operate 11 flights on Beijing- Vancouver route. These flights will be served with Airbus A330-200.
The Beijing - Houston route will be operational from July, and the flights will be served with the Boeing 777-300ER.
Airbus A330-200 deployed by Air China is equipped with lie-flat seats in its First and Business Class. The seats in Economy Class are modelled ergonomically to provide passengers maximum comfort. All classes of service are equipped with AVOD.
In the same line, A330-200 is equipped with lie-flat seats in its Business Class and personal AVOD is part of all classes of service.
