The food festival is scheduled to begin from 5th February next year and will run through 20th February, 2016. It will feature a wide array of new culinary initiatives and the event will stringently lay a focus on traditional Emirati dining and local ingredients.
To celebrate the fifth anniversary, the festival will present a series of various events that would include highly-focussed master classes and a different range of culinary demonstrations.
