Entering to its 21st year of musical celebrations, Noise Pop is San Francisco’s premier celebration of independent music, film and art. So book your flights to San Francisco as the Non Stop 2016 will take place over six days from Tuesday 26th February 2016 through Sunday 3rd March 2016.
The festival attracts over 20,000 independent music fans and scores of bands each year to San Francisco. Over 150 alternative bands will play on 2016 edition of Noise Pop makes it one of the greatest musical celebrations of Indie Music, arts and films. The festival has brought early exposure to many emerging artists in the Bay Area and beyond and many of whom have gone onto widespread acclaim.
Some notable acts that take part in Noise Pop event include the White Stripes, Modest Mouse, the Flaming Lips, Death Cab for Cutie, The Shines, The Dodos etc. The festival also featured musical legends such as Yoko Ono, Bob Mould, Frank Black, Sleater-Kinney and Television.
In addition to musical shows the festivals also showcase a film series that explores the intersection of music and art, pop-n-shop, a local designer fair, cultural club and interactive workshop exploring DIY culture, Art Gallery Shows, Happy hours and much more to enjoy this great festivity.
