Lufthansa, the flag carrier of Germany, has announced that it will commence its flights from Cardiff to Dusseldorf. The operations would be started on 4th May, 2013.
Wales is a preferred destination for Germans and the flights will be providing nonstop access to Cardiff from the largest populated region in the European continent. The German travellers taking flights to Wales will be able to get acquainted with the Welsh culture and picturesque locations. German airline’s General Manager UK and Ireland, Christian Schindler commented, “Lufthansa’s new weekend service from Cardiff to the German city will serve various needs of t he passengers and is a direct response as well.
