Emirates, one of the leading airlines in the world has announced that it will launch direct flights to Tokyo on a daily basis. With this announcement, it will enhance its commitment to Japan by launching the flights between Dubai and Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport).
The flights are scheduled to be operated on 3rd June this year.
Located in Tokyo, Haneda Airport operates the majority of the domestic flights to and from the Japanese capital. It started serving the international carrier after the launch of the fourth runway and the international terminal way back in 2010.
Flights with Emirates Airways will be operated by a three-class Boeing 777. Flight number EK312 will take to the air from the Dubai hub at 09:35 and will be touching down at Haneda Airport at 00:01 the next day.
Thierry Antinori, Emirates’ Executive Vice President, Passenger Sales Worldwide, stated, “Serving as the airline’s third gateway in Japan, the route between Dubai and Haneda will help to create a vibrant relationship between the United Arab Emirates and Japan. It will also greatly enhance the opportunities for business and tourism.”
