Egyptair, the flag carrier of Egypt is all set to resume flights to Harare after an absence of nine years. The airline will commence flights on Cairo- Harare route and offering a discount of 20 percent on ticket booking between April 8 to 30 and travel between June 1 and 21. The flights starting on June 1 will operate four times a week and will be served by a 144-seater Boeing 737-800.
A statement issued by Egyptair says that the new route between Harare and Cairo via Dar es Salaam will provide connectivity to the Airlines network in Middle East, Far East and Europe.
The soon to be introduced services are part of airline’s expansion plan. With the announcement of these new flights the airlines number of destinations in Africa has increased to 19 destinations in addition to connectivity to five more destinations the airlines provides thoughts its code-share agreements.
The airlines have also revealed the seat details that include 24 seats in business class, and 120 seats in economy class.
