Qatar Airways, the flag carrier of Qatar, has announced to upgrade flights to Kochi from a narrow-body Airbus 321 to a wide-body Airbus 330. The upgraded flights on Doha-Kochi route will be of great benefit for the passengers flying on this network.
The airline will operate all 11 frequencies to and from Kochi, connecting to more than 125 destinations, with improved A330a aircrafts. The decision to launch improved aircraft on this route coincides with the airline’s tenth anniversary of successful operations to this popular city of Indian State of Kerala.
The decision to increase capacity to and from Kochi is being seen as airline’s effort to meet increasing passenger demand and aggressive expansion strategy to provide customers a superior travel experience.
Besides flying to Kochi, Qatar Airways provides daily connectivity to Doha from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Goa, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Trivandrum, Chennai and Bengaluru. The airline also provides double daily flights from Delhi, the Indian capital.
