Aurigny Airline, an airline owned by State of Guernsey has applied to run twice-daily route between Guernsey and London city. If the Aurigny gets the license then the route would begin in May. Flybe are pulling their Gatwick service from March, and this has created the opportunity for them.
According to Malcom Coupar, Aurigny’s Commercial Director, the airline is in unique position to offer service in combination with Gatwick and Stansted Airport. The airline is constantly looking at ways to develop its offering and offer greater value to its customers.
