Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is all set to launch direct flights to Los Angeles, California. The airline has said it in a recently issued press release.
This leading carrier of Middle East will start daily non-stop flights between its home-base Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Los Angeles (LAX) from June 1, 2014.
The launch of Los Angeles flights will add fourth US destination to airlines network. Currently the airline is flying to Chicago, New York and Washington D.C. and addition of new flights will boost airlines presence in America.
The launch of new services will increase Etihad Airways’ presence in the US by 33 percent and provide a viable option to leisure and business tourists flying between these destinations.
