Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, will increase flight service to Dublin from Abu Dhabi from ten flights per week, to double daily from July 2014. The frequency boost of 40 percent will provide 8,988 seats each week between the capital cities of UAE and Ireland.
Etihad Airways will operate Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus A330-200 on this route. The airline’s schedule of double daily flights to Dublin will ensure connectivity both ways with 800 weekly connections to 45 Etihad Airways destinations in the Middle East, Africa and Asia along with Bangkok, Beijing, Brisbane, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
