Asiana Airlines has started direct flights to Indonesia. The airline has started new daily flight to Jakarta. The new flights will depart Seoul’s Incheon International Airport every day at 1715, arriving at Jakarta’s Soekharno-Hatta International Airport at 2215. On return, the flights will leave the Indonesian capital at 2345, returning back into Incheon at 0855 the next morning.
The airline is operating this route using an Airbus A330-300 aircraft that offers 30 seats in business class and 260 in economy.
The launch of Jakarta flights is the first of the two new routes Indonesia Asiana is planning to start this month. The airline is all set to launch twice weekly direct flights from Seoul to Bali from 25 July.
The flights to Bali will leave Seoul at 1930 on Thursdays and Sundays, to reach Bali at 0140 early the next morning. On the return, the flights will leave Bali at 0300 every Friday and Monday, getting back into Incheon airport at 1055.
The airline will operate Bali route using a Boeing 767-300 aircraft with 15 seats in business class and 235 seats in economy.
