IndiGo, one of the leading low cost carriers is all set to increase the number of flights to Muscat from June 16.
The airline is offering nonstop daily flights on Mumbai-Muscat route to tap the Gulf market.
Presently the airline is offering four flights a week on this route and 17 daily flights in total between India and gulf.
As a large number of Indians are employed in gulf, the increase in flights will be a boon for them.
After the launch of these flights the airline will be operating 422 daily flights across 33 destinations that include domestic and international flights.
The increase in number of flights to Muscat will boost tourism and business potentials of these destinations besides providing more options to passengers.
