Etihad Airways, the flag carrier of United Arab Emirates, has increased the number of flights to Islamabad, from nine to eleven.
With the launch of new flights to Islamabad the passenger travelling on this route would have more comforts and options.
With the start of new services the airline is now offering 31 weekly flights from four destinations in Pakistan that includes Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar.
The increase in number of flights will provide improved connectivity from Islamabad to Europe and the GCC via Abu Dhabi.
The airline will operate these services using A320 aircraft that offers 16 Pearl Business Class seats and 120 Economy class seats.
The airline that commenced operation to Islamabad in 2006 has carried over 810,000 passengers.
