Jet2 a budget carrier based in the UK has announced to launch new flights to to Boston, Toronto and New York.
The airline will be flying from Leeds Bradford and Newcastle airports to New York. The flights to Boston will be operated from Leeds Bradford and Glasgow.
The budget carrier will also operate flight to Toronto from Leeds Bradford and Newcastle.
Initially only six flights are scheduled but the airline is willing to launch services on a permanent basis if there is a demand.
Previously the airline had briefly operated flights to New York in last November.
With the launch of flights Jet2 will become first airline which is operating direct flights from Glasgow, Leeds Bradford or Newcastle to North America.
The addition of these new flights will provide better connectivity to the passengers flying between these destinations.
