Etihad Airway, the flag carrier of United Arab Emirates has launched flights to Sao Paulo in Brazil.
The first Etihad flight to Brazil arrived at Guarulhos International Airport in Sao Paulo on June 1.
The flights will be served by an Airbus A340-500 aircraft, with a capacity of total of 240 passengers in its three cabins.
The flights to and from Sao Paolo will be operated three times a week.
With the introduction of new flights to Brazil Etihad has entered the sixth continent. The airline is expecting to get benefited from Brazil’s strong economy and its 200 million populations. The launch of flight on Abu Dhabi- Sao Paulo route will be of great benefit for passenger flying on this route.
The launch of flights will provide a boost to tourism of both these destinations.
