Easyjet has announced to launch flights from London Gatwick to Tel Aviv from April 1, 2014.
The budget airline will operate three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
With the launch of London Gatwick to Tel Aviv route the airline will be flying from third airport in the UK to the capital of Israel.
Currently, the budget airline is flying from Manchester Airport and London Luton Airport to Tel Aviv.
The airline expects to carry around 50,000 passengers on its London Gatwick service.
The budget carrier has also announced to increase flights between Manchester and Tel Aviv from two to three per week between 17 Feb 2014 and 28 April 2014.
The airline has said that increasing popularity of Tel Aviv as a leisure destination has inspired airline to launch flights between Gatwick and Tel Avi.
