Cathay Pacific upgrades HK-London flight route with Boeing 777

Cathy Pacific upgrades five daily flights between Hong Kong and London with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft this week with the retirement of another Boeing 747 Jumbo from the CX fleet. The modern and fuel-efficient Boeing 777s include Cathy’s revamped first class suites along with its award-wining business class, premium economy and new economy seats making this is an upgrade route from tip-to-tail.

 December 31^st will see the last flight of a Cathy Pacific Boeing 747 on the Hong Kong-London trek.  This will be the eighth Boeing 747 to leave Cathy’s fleet since 2012 with 13 more to be progressively retired through this decade.
