The first and the largest low cost airline in the Middle East, Air Arabia has announced to increase the number of flights to Beirut. The airline has announced to offers two flights a day to Lebanese capital.
Air Arabia, Sharjah based low-cost carrier is presently flying nine times a week to Beirut. From May 1, 2013, the airline will offer 14 flights a week.
With this announcement, the airline has also announced the schedule of flights. The flights will depart Sharjah International Airport daily at 08:00 and 18:15. On return journey the flights will leave Beirut International Airport daily at 12:00 and 22:15 (local time).
The increase in the number of flights will benefit passenger travelling on Beirut-Sharjah route. In addition it will also strengthen tourism, business and cultural between these two countries.
The airline commenced operations in 2003 and is now flying to 85 destinationsfrom its hubs in the UAE, Morocco and Egypt.
